Refund Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to either make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. On the rare occasion something goes awry, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed timeframe (45 days, excluding the 2-5 day processing time), you can request for a refund.
  • If you received the wrong item, you can request for a refund.
  • If you do not want the product you received, you may request for a refund; but, you must return the item at your expense – the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not issue a refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances outside the control of Magic Goodz (i.e., was not cleared by customs; shipping got delayed due to a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptions/extraordinary circumstances outside the control of Magic Goodz.

*You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message through the Contact Us page.

If you have been approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
