Packages from our APAC warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and/or size of the product. Packages from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Yes, we provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, (1) there are some products that are available for shipping only within the USA; (2) there are locations we are unable to ship to, and if you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you that may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains the tracking information. If you do not receive the tracking information email within 5 days, please contact our customer support team.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information under the tracking number search result, please contact our customer support team.
Due to logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you have submitted the order/payment and you need to make a change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. On the rare occasion something goes awry, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
We do not issue a refund if:
*You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message through the Contact Us page.
If you have been approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
